As a project manager, you will be responsible for handling the processing of projects, communicating with clients, managing file records in the database and supporting other team members.

Job Requirements:

• College degree preferred
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Well-organized and goal-oriented
• Resourceful
• Background in Customer Service a plus-- must be willing to call on existing clients and work out issues and potential conflicts, manage expectations
• Managing of, and negotiating with, suppliers a necessity
• Use of Sales / Customer Service software that helps track day-to-day responsibilities (also known as Customer Relationship Management, or CRM)
• Must support and liaise external Salespeople
• Willing to cold call potential clients
• Experience in conducting a business meeting a plus, but not a necessity
• Knowledge of German a plus, or other second language, a plus
