03.10.2005 - Translatus Improves Customer Service

Translatus is pleased to announce that it has developed a Customer Service branch. Jeff Morris will be heading this department in an effort to provide better service as well as ensure satisfaction for Translatus clients. Jeff will be in constant contact with both sales representatives and clients in order to continually enhance relations between Translatus and its customers.

Translatus is currently in the process of developing a new version of TDA (Translation Direct Access). This new version will possess all of the familiar functions Translatus clients have come to expect as well as some new features that will facilitate a more complete online translation management process.
